Mode of Action :
magcp is a fatty acid synthesis inhibitor that works by inhibiting the enzyme acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACCase) in plants. By blocking ACCase, it prevents the synthesis of fatty acids, which are essential for cell membrane formation and growth. This disrupts leaf and shoot development in target weeds such as Phalaris minor, leading to their death.
